Senior Executive Customer Relationship job role is responsible to building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
- Manage information flow in timely and accurate manner.
- Building and maintaining profitable relationship with key clients.
- Promote and coordinate with customers business to business planning.
- Strive to create new customers account, as well as retain customer’s royalty.
- Meet with customers in a specified area to demonstrate and promote terminal Business and services.
- Analyzing the market for import/export from/to Pakistan.
- Coordinate and monitor market data/information conduct research & collect data to support when preparing reports and documents.
- Meeting with Managers to plan strategically.
- Knowing competition and strategizing accordingly with Team.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Close monitoring of contact with Shipping Line and NVOCCs.
- Coordinate and liaise with inter-department / inter-company requirements as per assigned.
- Understanding and knowledge of Customer Relationship Managements (CRM).
