The job role of Purchase Order Executive is to effectively manage day to day functioning of order data.
- Prepare purchase orders by verifying specifications and prices.
- Prepare and place order to factories.
- Manage new order inquiries.
- Record order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
- Record and manage purchase orders received from various buyers.
- Manage and keep record of complete order’s data.
- Keeps information accessible by sorting and filing documents.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong Interpersonal skills
