Production & Operation Manager job is available in Karachi for a well reputed guar gum manufacturing Company. Candidates having graduation degree along with 6 to 8 years of experience in executing factory operations in guar gum powder manufacturing are required.

The job role of Production & Operation Manager is to execute installation projects in factory, ensure efficient production & operation process of guar gum powder and timely maintenance of the plant as needed.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the guar gum powder production cycle and drawing up a production schedule.
  • Installation of the equipment and machinery to facilitate the execution of daily manufacturing operations.
  • Completes production plan by revising schedules, resolving problems and reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
  • Maintains work flow by monitoring steps of the process, setting processing variables, observing control points and equipment
  • Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs, evaluating new equipment and techniques.
  • Responsible for the selection and maintenance of the equipment timely.
  • Maintain the quality standards and ensure cost effectiveness.
  • Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analysing production performance records and data, answering questions and responding to requests.
  • Ensure that the health and safety guidelines are followed.
