Product Manager job is available in Karachi with a Renewable Energy company. Telecom professionals with Bachelors in Electrical, Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering, along with an MBA would be preferred for the position having atleast 4 to 6 years of experience in developing renewable energy solutions.
Product Manager must be detail-oriented, innovative, customer focused and problem solver having the knowledge of iterative product design methods and core design principles.
Responsibilities:
- Develop customized/specialized renewable energy products and solutions for the Telecommunication industry to expand the portfolio; and prepare technical feasibilities. Bring new products to market, prepare return-on-investment analysis, make development to launch time schedules and plan with engineering, sales and marketing.
- Research and monitor existing customer base and industry developments and identify potential new product opportunities.
- Develop and present proposals and business cases for new product/solutions; determine cost of project, resources and equipment required, ensure regulatory requirements are considered.
- Work with other departments to establish a design, technology, product development, and vendor strategy.
- Manage project budgets
- Ensure a systematic procedure and required capability are in place for understanding the customer and market requirements, idea generation, feasibility, design optimization, visualization, production/assembly, testing/trials, evaluating, resolving issues and executing.
- Able to use iterative product design methodologies to innovate and continuously improve products and solutions.
- Ensure that any promotional/marketing literature match product specifications.
