An information technology firm in Karachi requires the services of a Pre-Sales Consultant for its technical department. The ideal candidate required for the position must be a B.S (Computer Science or related technical field) with 2 to 5 years of relevant technical experience.
Pre-Sales Consultant will be responsible for customer centric solution selling and taking a lead role in driving ITSM (Information Technology Service Management).
Responsibilities:
- Product presentation/demonstration
- Support customer events
- Prepare software order forms (providing feature codes and product information)
- Monitor accurate and correct delivery of software sold
Skills:
- ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Certified
- Understanding of ITSM (Information Technology Service Management) background
- Knowledge and understanding in Windows/Unix system administration
