The job role of MTO – Recruitment is to assist in the recruitment and selection process of the recruitment department.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies.
  • Screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview.
  • Assisting departments with their recruitment needs through liaison with agencies/advertisers.
  • Conducting inductions of new staff.
  • Headhunting on social media.
  • Organizing interviews and selection events.
  • Making arrangements for the advertisement of vacancies.
