MTO – HR Operations job available in Karachi for HR Consultancy Company.  Resource should be fresh graduate i.e Bachelors / Masters degree in Human Resource.

MTO – HR Operations role is to assist and learn in managing payroll records, implementing new policies and maintaining internal HR systems.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Meeting with departmental representatives to discuss HR issues.
  • Referring issues to senior HR staff.
  • Coordinating prospective candidates, interviewing them and administering offers.
  • Assisting in conducting inductions of new staff.
  • Facilitating senior manager for payroll designing systems; directing the collection, calculation, and entering of data.
  • Assisting in implementing of HR policies and procedures.
