MTO – HR job available in Islamabad for HR Consultancy firm. Fresh graduates having a Bachelors’s / Master’s degree in Human Resource Management with excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written) are encouraged to apply.

MTO – HR role is to assist in the recruitment process and learn in managing payroll records, implementing new policies, and maintaining internal HR systems.



  • Meeting with departmental representatives to discuss HR issues.
  • Referring issues to senior HR staff.
  • Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies.
  • Coordinating prospective candidates, interviewing them and administering offers.
  • Assisting in conducting inductions of new staff.
  • Facilitating senior manager for payroll designing systems; directing the collection, calculation, and entering of data.
  • Assisting in implementing HR policies and procedures.
