HR Coordinator job role is to coordinate with the HR Team with regard to various HR functions.


Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and supporting the HR Team with regard to various HR functions.
  • Coordinating along with the Regional HR Team with different recruitment consultants for recruitments.
  • Ensuring proper filing, managing attendance, and leave records.
  • Dealing with insurance companies for medical insurance requirements.
  • Addressing various requests from associates like certificates, NOC and all different kinds of letters.
  • Coordinating and effectively communicating with multiple stakeholders within and outside the organization.
  • Ensuring timely reporting and updates to management.
  • Any other related tasks may be communicated from time to time.



  • Excellent communication skills (speaking and writing).
  • Ability to coordinate and follow up on various activities.
  • Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and willingness to work in a challenging work environment.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Comfortable working knowledge of MS Excel.
