HR Coordinator job is available in Dadu Sindh for an Energy Solution Providing company in Pakistan. Candidates having an Intermediate or Graduation degree along with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience as HR Coordinator are encouraged to apply.
HR Coordinator job role is to coordinate with the HR Team with regard to various HR functions.
- Coordinating and supporting the HR Team with regard to various HR functions.
- Coordinating along with the Regional HR Team with different recruitment consultants for recruitments.
- Ensuring proper filing, managing attendance, and leave records.
- Dealing with insurance companies for medical insurance requirements.
- Addressing various requests from associates like certificates, NOC and all different kinds of letters.
- Coordinating and effectively communicating with multiple stakeholders within and outside the organization.
- Ensuring timely reporting and updates to management.
- Any other related tasks may be communicated from time to time.
- Excellent communication skills (speaking and writing).
- Ability to coordinate and follow up on various activities.
- Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and willingness to work in a challenging work environment.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
- Comfortable working knowledge of MS Excel.
