Grid Sales Manager job is available in Islamabad and Lahore for one of the leading Telecommunication Company. Candidates having BBA/MBA degree along with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Sales preferably in Telecom or FMCG industry are required.
The job role of Grid Sales Manager is to utilise all major KPIs of Sales, Revenue, Business Development, Trade Visibility, Channel Universe Development and Cell Sites in that particular grid.
- To ensure Channel Expansion by identification of high potential areas within the grid.
- Ensure that timely purchase orders are placed by franchises to ensure availability of stock at all times.
- Concentrate on revenue growth from 3G and 4G sales including handset sales by deploying new retailers and enhance the quality of existing retailers.
- Handle end-to-end complaint management, CSI Monitoring, quality assurance and customer experience management at franchise.
Visibility & Business Development:
- Coordinate with the Marketing and Channel teams regarding BTL activities, trade promotions, business development and special events in the grid.
- Identify untapped areas in the assigned territory and guide teams to increase retail penetration
- Prepare and submit sales forecast on daily/weekly/monthly basis to ensure effective sales planning
- Plan with Regional Sales Head localised sales promos in areas of low sales performance and low network utilisation.
Team Management & Supervision:
- Ensure that staff and retailers are fully trained and equipped with company product, SOPs, discipline, targets and trade promotions.
- To make periodic visits to the market and ensure stock availability in the entire territory.
- Responsible for availability of POS material at the outlets.
