Front Desk Executive job role will be to assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and audio/video calls. Coordinate ordering/receipt and expenses of office stationery /supplies.
- Receive and direct guests to the respective meeting room /appropriate staff member
- Greet persons entering organization and direct them to correct destination
- Provide office support services i.e. managing telephone calls, faxes, inquiries, photocopying, etc…
- Take and relay messages
- Manage flow of incoming and outgoing mails
- Maintain a record of all official outgoing mails and ensures their timely delivery
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and audio/video calls
- Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies related to reception and conference / meeting rooms
- Maintain log of meeting schedules/ meeting rooms
- Coordinate ordering/receipt and expenses of office stationery /supplies.
- Other Office support duties assigned by Line Manager.
