Candidate should have a Bachelors / Masters degree in Human Resource with 5 to 7 years of working experience in OD (Organizational Development) domain and know how to manage Talent Management Cycle and enhancement of Employee Engagement.
Executive OD & Talent Acquisition job role is primarily responsible for designing, implementation, and evaluation of company-wide learning programs that facilitate professional development and continuous learning of employees at all levels across the organization.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis on three levels: Organizational, Departmental & Individual, to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company
- Develop and roll-out Annual Learning & Development Calendar nationwide. Ensure compliance with the training & development policy.
- Management of Internal Facilitator Program.
- Supports line manager to develop approach to talent management and ensures successful implementation
- Plan and develop new and innovative ways to engage with employees while bench marking industry best practices
- Ensure to Incorporates industry best practices and lessons learned in Training, Talent Management and employee engagement activities
