The job role of Customer Support Executive is to provide end to end technical support to customers with respect to their queries and complaints.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-call support to handle technical queries.
  • Handle and record Service Request complaints.
  • Upload and modify port plan inventory for automation enablement against new installations.
  • Handle exceptions against Broadband and IPTV Provisioning.
