Customer Service Representative will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and handling all customer related queries.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the company operated outlet.
- Provide information to clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; handling general queries.
- Manage sales activities.
- Handle all incoming customer inquiries and complaints with utmost professionalism.
- Feedback/escalate any urgent /critical issues or problems to management on a timely basis.
- Maintain confidentiality of the organization and customers and data.
- Contribute to manage team objectives through team work.
- Strong interpersonal and customer services skills
- Ability to work in stress hours
- Must be passionate, dedicated and self-motivated.
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be regular and punctual
- Basic Computer Knowledge
