Job Responsibilities:

  • Satisfying the customers at the store by answering their queries and complaints as per SOPs.
  • Writing emails, generating complaints as and when required.
  • Handling customers by using soft skills.
  • Manage the after sales flow for walk in customers.
  • Learning all the Systems and Processes as and when guided.
  • Educate the customer and all marketing related material.
  • Meeting the Productivity and Quality KPI as per target assigned
