Assistant Manager Segments Job is available in Karachi for a Telecommunication Company. Candidates having MBA/BBA/MCS degree along with 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience are encouraged to apply.

Assistant Manager Segments Job role is responsible to develop Strategic Directives impacting the segment P&L, base management and new FCA management.

 

Job Responsibilities:  

  • In depth analysis of consumer base, consumer offers, new FCA quality, net addition, churn management and overall revenue planning and forecasting.
  • Foreseeing the challenges and its impacts on business and suggesting ways to overcome these challenges.
  • Achieve performance in accordance with corresponding KPIs.
  • Identify new areas for improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Providing performance business insights to stake holders which help them to take better business decisions.
  • QOS analysis & future actions based on the outcome of analysis.
  • ARPU analysis, distinct subs and relevant KPIs for products.
  • Belt/cluster level product strategies and key initiatives.
  • POC for external stakeholders – Circle Interface for planning, segment & marketing functions.
  • Conducting belt/cluster level analysis and preparing penetrative strategies for fulfilling circle business ambitions.
  • Building and keeping track of Segments Roadmap and Go-to-Market plans.
  • Coordinating with segments, regions, technology and marketing for 3G/4G roll-out and sites deployment.
  • Evaluate expected challenges/risks and come up with mitigation strategy.
  • Keeping a close eye on customer, competitor and Channel insights for better planning.
  • Preparing product forecasts and tracking.
  • QOS analysis & future actions based on the outcome of analysis.
  • Campaign Planning, design and business case development & Post Analysis of campaigns and visibility.
  • Collaboration/Coordination within S&D planning functions and with regions on daily basis.
  • Governance model to monitor the Product KPIs management.
  • Identifying strengths and weaknesses of the Products and competition analysis.
  • Special project planning and executions.
  • Belt/cluster level KPIs monitoring & ensure to achieve the monthly KPIs.
  • Budget governance and controls for spend on specified activities.

 

Skills:

  • Ability to work well in a pressure situation, Self-motivated and flexible
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal & written)
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Strong in Excel, Words & Power-point
  • Telco Business/Distribution/B2B/B2C model knowledge
  • Process oriented approach towards problem solving
  • Should be able to analyze, understand and recommended solution to complex problem
  • Ability to carry out analyses & reporting and develop actionable insights for the team
  • Good team Leader and excellent at building relationships with co-workers and external vendors
  • Organized and can manage several projects and/or activities at a time.
