A leading FMCG company is offering a job in Lahore for Assistant Manager Process. The ideal candidate for the job should have 2 years or more of experience in an engineering role relevant to the candidate’s education and a degree in Electrical, Electronic or Mechanical Engineering with minimum 3.3 CGPA from a reputed engineering university of Pakistan. Experience of manufacturing/production environment, in fast moving and high demand environments will be preferred.

Assistant Manager Process supports manufacturing and engineering processes by adapting and observing relevant engineering techniques; conducting tests and inspections; preparing reports. Assistant Manager Process will also be responsible to ensure production capability and resource availability to meet day to day production demands, with minimum wastage and efficient labor utilization.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Supervising processes in the factory and handling any queries that arise
  • Ensure that all works are carried out in a planned, controlled and safe manner in accordance with statutory regulations, current standards and company health, safety environmental and quality standards
  • Committed to achieving high personal and professional standards and strong analytical skills
  • Proven knowledge of the process flow and systems of work across production environments
  • Ensure existence and correctness of procedures
  • Develop a ‘quality’ culture amongst the site teams; ensure that everybody on site is personally accountable for quality performance
  • Solid people management experience; attaining and maintaining positive employee relations and morale
  • Assisting the manager in organizing, planning, & implementing strategy
  • Ensuring schedules and objectives are met
  • To ensure products entering the factory comply with technical standards
  • Secure adherence to company policies and guidelines
  • Continuous improvement of process methodology and documentation
  • Ensure the quality of process data reported and maintaining appropriate record keeping procedure at all times
  • Conduct failure analysis reviews, present results and suggested improvements
