Assistant Manager Payroll Job is available in Karachi for a well reputed Consultancy Firm. Candidates who have Master’s degree in Human Resource Management along with the relevant experience of 1 to 3 years preferably in Consultancy firm are required.

The job role of Assistant Manager Payroll is to ensure timely and effective all pay roll operations and other  related settlement matters.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Attendance management.
  • Payroll management.
  • Dealing in legal cases (death, termination and other).
  • Dealing with government bodies including (EOBI, SESSI, PESSI etc. all over Pakistan).
  • Prepare Full and final settlements (Gratuity and Provident Fund).
  • Issuance of all kinds of letters.
  • Responsible for handling compliance related activities.
  • Detect and handle complaints, dispute and grievances.
