Account Manager – HR Services job is available in Karachi for one a well reputed HR firm. Candidates having Bachelor’s/Master’s degree along with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR Services are required.

The job role of Account Manager – HR Services is to efficiently manage end to end client servicing functions including hiring process and HR operations.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruitment and complete hiring process.
  • Dealing in Legal Cases (death, termination and other)
  • Dealing with government agencies including (EOBI, SESSI, PESSI etc. all over Pakistan)
  • Preparation and provision of full and final Settlements (Gratuity and Provident Fund)
  • Issuance of Letters to employee(offer, appointment, show cause and warning, termination)
  • Responsible for handling Compliance related Activities.
  • Monitor & update personnel record including personal details, position, salary, leave records and any other necessary information.
  • Detect and handle complaints, dispute and grievances.
  • Responsible for Attendance Management.
  • Responsible for Payroll Management.
